The room was high standard and brand-new, and location of the hotel was unbeatable. All of the staff was especially helpful and top-class. Booked a room with astonishing views of cathedral and distant mountains. Meals in the venue were outstanding!
There was fruit to be added.

The staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
I thought the swimming pool was at best disappointing. It's absolutely tiny and soooooo shallow! Not sure why the sign says children under 18 must have an adult present - I think anyone older than about 8 wouldn't go near it! Would be lovely if it was a couple of feet deeper! However, the changing areas were clean and despite the shallowness, my small son loved it! Great if you're just learning to swim!

Getting a better room from the one alocated
The first room 211 was dirty, the toilet was filthy, the TV was out of date, hanging of the wall, there was only i dressing gown, there was no hair drier. I wouldn't rate the room as even 1 star. the second room 323 was the room we should have been offered in the first instance. the car parking space was abominable. we had to park in a Public Car Park. Overall not a good experience.

It was fairly clean with very friendly and top-class staff at the reception desk. Appreciated their soft drinks, served in the downstairs bar. This hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, couldn't recommend more.

It was great to explore the area, especially visiting the nearby Céide Fields. The breakfast options were good, with something for everyone, and the staff were accommodating.
In my wife's opinion, the kids wished there were more activities available for them at the hotel.
